Gideon’s Bakehouse is coming to Disney Springs!

Gideon’s Bakehouse will be opening a new location in The Landing at Disney Springs. This is a small, award-winning bakery that you may have had the chance to try if you got to The Polite Pig in Disney Springs before they sold out of cookies for that day. These cookies are extremely popular and are known to sell out every day so make sure you make a plan to go get yours on your next trip to Disney Springs when Gideon’s Bakehouse opens later this year! It is such good news that they are now opening their own store for us Disney lovers to easily visit and enjoy these scrumptious treats.

Gideon’s is best known for their homemade almost half-pound cookies and cakes. They have unique cookie flavors such as Pistachio Toffee Dark Chocolate, Peanut Butter Crisp, Cookies & Cream, and The Triple Chocolate (which really has FIVE kinds of chocolate in it!). They also have limited editions so if you see one you like, make sure you don’t wait on it!

In addition to their almost half-pound cookies, we will see cakes and Gideon’s own line of unique iced coffees! They said that they have more than a few secrets up their sleeves so I cannot wait to see what they bring to Disney Springs!
